The Leap Carrier Bundle is a complete plate carrier kit that arrives as a ready to run loadout. Most plate carrier bundles in this class stop at the plate bags and a cummerbund and leave the placard, pouches and upgrades as separate purchases. This bundle comes with everything you need except plates and magazines so you can run a full setup out of the box.

The bundle includes:

The MOLLE back opens to a hidden loop field beneath the back flap so it runs hook back cummerbunds and hook loop accessories with no adapter needed. That is what lets the Hilo Skeletal Tubes Cummerbund attach directly, giving you quick release Tubes up front and a lightweight skeletal build for pouches and side plate bags. The Laser MOLLE Panel Placard mounts your mags and gear on the front while the pouches cover utility, side storage and fast tourniquet access. The shoulder pads use 3D foam for comfort on long wears.

Whether you are setting up for patrol, training or home defense the bundle arrives configured and ready to run. Add your plates, magazines and personal gear. Plates and magazines are not included.

What size plates fit the Leap Carrier?

What is the Leap Carrier made from and how durable is it?
Every part of the bundle is made from Berry compliant 500D and laminate, US made, with genuine Velcro brand hook and loop and NIR compliant materials. The 500D holds up to hard field use, training and daily wear, and every piece is handmade in Knoxville, TN for long service life.

Does the bundle come with a cummerbund? Can I run Tubes?
Yes. The Hilo Skeletal Tubes Cummerbund is included. It does not come with FirstSpear Tubes, but if you want to run a Tubes compatible cummerbund you can arrange that by reaching out to customer service.

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but you can't beat the quality of American made gear. The whole rig fits great, and the price is fantastic for what you get. I will be buying more gear from Midwest Armor in the near future and would recommend them to anyone I come across.
