If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return the unused product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Products must be in the condition you received them with all tags and packaging still attached.

If you need to exchange sizes on any product please let us know within the same window and we generally will exchange anything within reason, we want you to be happy with the product you get, even if it is a product that was not manufactured by us.

While we have a 60 day policy, if you are outside this window feel free to reach out, we are reasonable and understand things happen and our ultimate goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return), we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Midwest Armor is committed to providing reliable, high-quality gear. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of being shot while wearing products purchased from us, we’ll replace any damaged items at no cost, provided you submit a police report. This guarantee extends to all products we sell—body armor, plate carriers, pouches, accessories, and apparel—even if we don’t manufacture them. We also offer replacements for equipment destroyed in natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, or floods—simply provide proof of the damage.

To qualify, you’ll need proof of purchase, and the product must have been bought directly from Midwest Armor. This warranty is available at no cost and applies to all orders bought directly from us. It is available only to the original purchaser. We’ll need a police report or an internal incident report if the product was used in duty, along with a photo of the label and serial number to match it with our records. This process helps us verify legitimate claims. Only the damaged product will be replaced—with the same or a similar item, based on availability. If a direct replacement isn’t possible, we may offer store credit equal to the original purchase price.

This warranty applies to situations where your gear is damaged during self-defense or due to natural disasters. However, it does not cover intentional misuse, negligence, or criminal actions. For example, if your armor is damaged in a home defense situation or destroyed in a natural disaster like a tornado, we’ve got you covered. On the other hand, if you purposely damage your gear, have others test it on you, or get involved in criminal activities, this warranty won’t apply. Additionally, theft is not covered under this warranty.
