I especially like the velco liner in the mag slot, allowing me to either hold 5.56 mags snugly, or remove to hold 7.62 without over packing.

Awesome pouch for the money! Wish it could be a little bit stiffer and retain shape a bit better but, that’s more nitpicky and really not a big deal.

Using to keep nods on belt. Good quality. I like the two mag stowage ability. I have it at 6 o'clock on a belt. The design could use a cinch between the two mags to bungee up the pouch to its attachment plane when mags are not in use. I moved the mag insert down 1.5” and put a 1” strip of double sided velcro above the mag insert strip to keep that pocket closed and profile thinner when no mags are used. I’m happy with the size of the pouch and overall design. Will be watching midwest for future pouch solutions

Love it so far. Has great mag retention and goes well with my large chest rig. Plenty of room to hold miscellaneous items and keep smaller items on the outside pouch. Will be running it's through it's this weekend.

As an aspiring prepared civilian, I have to balance paying bills, saving frugally, and making cost-effective spending decisions to outfit my family. I took a swing on Midwest Armor’s GP pouch and was more than impressed. The construction is airtight, the materials are high quality, and I didn’t have to spend $90+ on the pouch like other companies charge, and another $20 on inserts. This is better than any surplus pouch, and more than “just as good” as those “premier” brands. Buy this, train with it, and save your hard-earned money. It doesn’t get better than this. The zippers were sturdy and well assembled, the stitching was flawless, and it works great on a belt, chest rig, or a backpack.

Awesome pouch. Well made and thought out, I’d give 5 stars for sure if it had a little better retention system for the mags. These guys don't disappoint, their concept of this product is still cheaper than many competitors’ pouches.

I have 5 of these pouches for use on belts and on kits. They are phenomenal and super convenient. You get the GP pouch for essential gear that changes for what you’re doing and don’t give up real estate for magazines. They work as a great small dump pouches on belts as well. They are also easy to upgrade the retention for the mags with the hook and hook system. I just got some radio bungee retainer inserts and can easily add or remove them depending on where I’m using the pouch. The internal organization is super helpful with adding small hook organizers or just stowing larger items. Best GP pouch on the market.

I like this pouch a lot tho! This is an awesome pouch for its price. I like how this was the 2nd gen or a revision of the 1st one based on the youtube video i watched. Great to know yall listen to end user feedback and i support companies or brands like that. Im planning to put a wiseman company hard insert on there for better structural support for the mags or tools im planning to put in.

Could use a 4th molly strap but works great !

Big ol pouch. Combined with the lunar concepts short bicert and you’ve got a match made in heaven. The picture with it on wouldn’t upload but how the belt conforms to your body you have plenty of room for a nice draw and access to whatever you need in the GP portion.

This item works perfect for a med pouch and to hold chem lights or batteries on my TALS rig. I’m not a fan of not having snaps on the bottom of the straps but they seem to be working fine for now.

I think the GP pouch is great. My only feedback is that there is no retention on the tails when mounting the pouch and using all of the columns. I wish there was some sort of way to store the tails so they don't hang too loose when fully mounted. Otherwise its great.

Amazing product for use on a belt or a chest rig. It allows me to carry the ammunition and equipment I need while saving on space/weight. If you ever released a version with Molle webbing going the whole length of the back, I would definitely buy it for my plate carrier.

Great pouch as advertised, made a good addition to the side of a chest rig to add a lot of pouch space and two extra mags. Works perfectly with the included 5.56 mag elastic inserts. Had some difficulty getting it to cinch down tight on PALS and retain the ends of ladder straps but nothing some zip-ties can't fix. Easy buy if you need to fit this much stuff on 3 wide.

It’s an awesome pouch!!!! Consider upgrading the mag insert to something more rigid! I’d like to see maybe half inch laser cut molle on the back and locking tabs on the end of the straps to make it bomb proof.
