The Drop Pouch is designed to “drop” from compatible carriers such as our LEAP MOLLE Carrier, Spiritus Systems Micro Chest Rig, Ferro Concepts carriers, T.REX Arms AC1 and any other carrier that has hook/loop attachments without overlap at the end of the carrier. It also works as a dangler or add-on pouch, attaching to the bottom of a plate carrier or chest rig such as the AMP Plate Carrier.
The top features a half zip up top with loop velcro on either side for easy expansion with any hook accessory such as our 5 Cell holder. The bottom of the pouch has two grommet holes for water drainage and for routing the two included bungee cords, each secured with its own cord lock, so you can hang a Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T) or other quick-access gear beneath the pouch. The front features a zipper pouch for additional items such as pens, maps, notes or anything else that is required during your mission as well as a full velcro panel for you to add patches, name tag, chem lights or anything else you want to stick on.

Excellent drop pouch. I generally am not a fan of danglers and tend to use fanny packs but I wanted one for medical on my Mayflower chest rig. This is the only one I have found that will work without modification and it works amazing. Strongly recommended to all Maylfower chest rig users looking for a dangler.
Well made not too small. It's exactly what I needed!
I really like the drop pouch. The hook and loop flap allows adjustment height to the vest, and the pouch is just the right size for my med gear. Under the pouch are two drain holes, that allow for bungee to add a TQ. I also like the hook and loop panel for a morale patch. I really enjoy this product.
