When it comes to building an unsupported 24-hour QRF/Minute Kit and DMR setup, the foundation of your kit matters entirely. The Midwest Armor Kilo 5 Chest Rig Placard paired with the Wise Men Company HX Harness creates an absolute powerhouse of a platform, allowing you to carry a massive load exceptionally well. What I love most about this modularity is how seamlessly it scales—you can pack heavy with a full complement of rifle magazines and sustainment gear for rapid response, and easily transition it into a precision overwatch role. Up front, the laser-cut TQ pouch is slick and accessible, though my only minor critique is that it could be slightly wider to accommodate larger tourniquets more easily; otherwise, the entire platform runs flawlessly. This kit is so modular I had a really hard time finalizing a final product, but after months of testing this was finally born! Midwest Armor has done it again absolutely nailing a product that can be run slick as a light kit or really added to make a functional minuteman kit.
