Hilo Bodyside Mesh Pad is designed to ease discomfort caused by loaded chest rigs, offering targeted relief through a three point padding system. Its versatile design allows attachment to any gear with a Velcro backing, including battle belts and carriers lacking internal padding.
Compatibility
Fits any placard with a Velcro attachment measuring at least 9″ x 6″. Larger placards will also benefit from enhanced body side cushioning.

Exactly as advertised, this is sturdy and does the job! Good price too, even wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have in camo's too.
I have two Hilo vest and this makes them so comfortable. I will not order a vest without one. Also keeps you cool and keeps the heat on that portion from making you sweat to death. It is a must have
