The Hilo Bodyside Mesh Pad adds padding to the back of your chest rig. The diamond-shaped pad spreads the weight of a loaded rig and puts a little space between the rig and your body for less friction. Spacer mesh lets air move, so it stays more comfortable on long wears.
It presses onto the hook back of any chest rig or any placard you run as a chest rig.

Exactly as advertised, this is sturdy and does the job! Good price too, even wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have in camo's too.
I have two Hilo vest and this makes them so comfortable. I will not order a vest without one. Also keeps you cool and keeps the heat on that portion from making you sweat to death. It is a must have
