Maximize the capability of your plate carrier, cummerbund or chest rig with the GP 5x5x2 Clamshell EMT (Med) Pouch. Designed for quick access and smart organization, this compact yet spacious pouch keeps your essential medical gear and small tools right where you need them.
Inside you will find two internal pockets and three integrated elastic loops, ideal for securing smaller med kits, bandages or accessories. The clamshell opening lets the pouch lay fully open, giving you fast, organized access in critical moments without digging or searching.
The pouch rides on a Squadron laminate base that mounts to any MOLLE or laser-cut platform, or runs belt-mounted via the pass-through. The clamshell pouch velcros onto the base and locks down with a 3/4″ buckle, then rips away from the base in one motion for quick snatch and engagement, so you can pull just the med pouch when seconds count and press it back into place when you are done.

The EMT pouch is the perfect size to have a full IFAK but it not take over too much of your kit. I was able to fit everything I need to have a functional IFAK without over packing it. It is held on by Velcro hook and loop with the loop section having molle to affix it to molle or a belt. There isn’t a securing strap so aggressive strikes from obstacles can dislodge it so if that’s an is a strap of nylon with a buckle with secure it or some shock cord. I am currently using it on my Rump bandolier from Midwest Armor to its loop and bungie section. Overall the best sized IFAK pouch I’ve found.
Very well built and no random loose cords or velcro not placed properly. Second pouch and plan on getting more.
