Nice *little medical pouch. I’ve got this jam packed with crap making it just barely fit. It’s fine because this ain’t a pouch I need to open often if ever, but it is definitely on the smaller side. You can see the Israeli bandage kinda stretches the girth on this, but does fit. Tourniquet and shears won’t fit inside with the bandage, compressed gauze, two chest seals, airway tube, decompression needle, and gloves. Depends what you want in here if it’s big enough. Glad they list the size so I know it’s my fault! But gosh this is built well!
