Hilo Low Profile Plate Carrier

The Hilo Low Profile Plate Carrier is a Kit that includes the Hilo Front and Back plate bags as well as a Full Velcro Elastic Cummerbund.  This is a great way to kit the carrier and save rather than buying each piece separately.

Hilo is a series that embodies a low profile concept that allows the user to scale up or down based on their needs.  The Hilo Low Profile Plate Carrier (LPC) is a slim, low profile carrier that can scale when needed and remain low profile for concealability or minimal setups.  

Minimal does not mean not practical, each carrier front plate bag features a built in top admin pouch, a large loop area which has support for SwiftClip/QASM buckles on either end as well as a large loop field on the bottom.  

The back panel features loop on the top and bottom.  Both field of loops on bottom are meant to support any cummerbund that works via a Velcro attachment system like our Elastic Cummerbund.

The shoulders feature a unique adjustability system that helps you remember sizing using a built in notch system.  The shoulders attach by sliding in and securing via a hook and loop system.  To aid in the setup we include a tool so that your strap doesn't get attached during sizing.

Inside an internal plate pockets let you hold the plate in separate from the body of the carrier, this means that your plate will never fall out or drop accidentally.  Inside the plate pocket is also an adjustment strap to let you adjust how high or low the plate rides in the carrier.

Cummerbund Sizing

We offer three cummerbund sizes to fit your style and comfort for how tight you would like the carrier to be on your body, each cummerbund allows for adjustments above its size so you can tighten up the carrier with a +/- 4″ elastic stretch.

Small – 32 to 34″ (13″ Length)

Medium – 34″ to 38″ (15″ Length)

Large – 40″ to 44″ (17″ Length)

X-Large – 46″ to 50″ (19″ Length)

2X-Large – 52″ to 56″ (21″ Length)

3X-Large – 58″ to 62″ (23″ Length)
