Esstac 7.62 triple KYWI tall poches are made for normal double stack 762 mags, M1A/FAL/SR25 pattern. This pouch comes with Midlength 762 kywi inserts. If you need Tall 762 kywi inserts please put in the notes "Need tall 762 kywi inserts" and the pouch will come with Tall's instead of midlength's.
