Designed to support roles that carry heavier equipment the SAW Padded Utility Pouch provides a reliable way to store boxed ammunition, compact gas masks, NVGs or other essential gear. The front panel is padded for added protection and the sides use TEGRIS reinforcement to help the pouch keep its shape when loaded.
The front mag area can hold up to (6) 5.56 magazines and the rear cavity can stage 2 additional 5.56 magazines giving you the option to carry up to eight mags.
A four point MOLLE attachment system with a belt pass through locks the pouch in place on any platform. This setup gives you stable mounting, consistent retention and a layout that stays manageable during movement.

How many magazines fit and how are they arranged?
Eight 5.56 mags. Six ride upright in the main compartment and the rear sleeve takes two more with the included insert. That same sleeve holds two .308 mags with no insert or one of each with the optional double insert.
How big is it and does it stay bulky when half empty?
Approximately 7.2" x 6.5" x 3.2" and 6.7oz empty. The curved sides collapse as you take gear out and the cinch strap pulls the rest tight, so a half loaded pouch stays flat instead of flopping open.
What is it built to carry besides magazines?
NVGs, a compact gas mask, drone controllers, radio batteries and comms gear. The padded front and loop lined walls keep sensitive equipment protected and in place while you move.
How does it attach to a carrier or belt?
Four MOLLE legs lock into PALS webbing across a 4 column footprint and keep the pouch from rocking under load. A belt pass through on the back lets you run it on a battle belt with no adapter.

very nice and spacious, I have it on my belt on the nondominant side. holds my mags and nods just fine.
Well designed. Being used as a “leader’s” pouch, so I had to significantly reduce the velcro on the flap to keep it quiet. Holds tight to the belt and doesn’t flop out even if the exterior mag pouches are empty.
This thing is great! Holds 6 AR15 mags in it, with two more indexed on the backside! Super useful and handy, plus it looks fantastic!
